CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY
Your meeting with us is very important, and we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. Our cancellation and refund policy allows us to inform other potential clients of any availability and it is also designed to protect us from any lost business.
Due to the extensive process of tailor-made class preparations, cancellation must be received no later than 1 week before the booked date for a 100% refund to be considered.
*A 50% fee of the cost will be assessed for any booking cancellations, rescheduling, or adjustments made less than 1 week before the scheduled appointment time.
*All no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 1day before the booked time) will incur a 100% charge of the booked tutoring price.
