Tutoring
Your meeting with us is very important, and we understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. Our cancellation and refund policy helps us inform other potential clients of any availability. It is also designed to protect us from any lost business.
The process of tailor-made class preparations is extensive. Therefore, you must submit any cancellation at least 1 week before the booked date. This is necessary for a 100% refund to be considered.
*A 50% fee of the cost will be assessed for any booking cancellations, rescheduling, or adjustments made less than 1 week before the scheduled appointment time.
*All no-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 1day before the booked time) will incur a 100% charge of the booked tutoring price.
Shop
All products are unique and produced upon order. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, colour, or changed their mind. However, for damaged products or manufacturing errors, a free reprint or refund is available. To qualify, customers must contact within 30 days of product delivery and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
For multiple affected items with the same design, we require an additional photo or video. This image or video should show all items in one frame.
Note:
- Reprints or refunds are not offered if the wrong size or colour was ordered.
- For undelivered orders, customers can choose a reprint (for an extra charge) or a partial refund.
- Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5” tolerance) are not considered defects.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it can take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
